Nan works with: -High-achieving professionals who have hidden trauma beneath success - Parents or caregivers facing burnout or emotional disconnection - Adults with childhood emotional neglect or developmental trauma - People exploring identity, purpose, or meaning in midlife She empowers individuals to rise above life’s challenges through compassionate, evidence-based care. Notably, she is a certified EMDR provider and often assists clients in releasing trauma. Her mission is to create a safe, supportive space where healing, resilience, and personal growth take flight.
